Bosch electric cooker tripping RCCB in Hill Head

Job description:Electric cooker increasingly trips RCCB (not MCB for cooker cct). Started tripping just when selctor switch moved when oven hot but now tripping when oven haeting up (no movement of selector switch). Access to cooker internal needs (Bosch specific?) 'star' screwdriver.
