Fit light and test house in St Mark's

Job description:I have 2 properties, about 2 miles apart. The first, I require a light being fitted in the bathroom. I have started but feel more comfortable with a qualified electrician doing this job. This property will also require a safety check and cert issued The other property (Gu147ja) Farnborough requires a test as I do not think that it is earthed properly. So assuming that this is the case a quote will be required to get it up to the standard. Again a cert will be required. Please quote as a seperate line item for the certs (I might ony take one of these up)
