Immersion heater broken in Bridges

Job description:Our immersion heater has stopped working: we're not getting any hot water. The switch that turns the heater on and off is stuck in the 'on' position, even when power is turned off at the mains. It needs testing to see what the fault is, and possibly the switch cover will need replacing. The water heater manufacturer recommended getting an electrician out to see if it was an electrical fault.
