RCCB keeps tripping - in Govan

Job description:My RCCB switch keeps tripping - started tripping every few days for the last few weeks, now the switch will not stay on at all! I've unplugged every plug and appliance in the flat (minus the washing machine and fridge) but the switch will still not stay on. I think it may have something to do with the fuse board, which is less than 6 months old. Thanks!
