Job description:Kitchen etc has been fitted but extractor fan required for building cert. there are two options for fitting: 1) above hob with existing socket available however extractor tubing will have to go through wall above bolier flue 2) Extractor fitted on different wall away from hob which would have to be wired in. Both should be straight forward however core drill piece required and ladder for 1st floor access.
