Oven and Hob dead in Springburn

Job description:Turned on my oven one day and nothing happened. Its as if its been turned off at the mains. The hob also stopped working.
Its an Ariston 2000. Electric.
The first thing I tried was checking I hadn't knocked the timer, but its not that.
