Electrical wiring for a new shower (provided) in Springburn

Job description:I require a shower to be electrically wired for a 9.5kW power shower. The plumber should finish on the Wednesday 25th Feb. I would also like a heater removed and a heated towel rack wired, if this is possible. Happy to take advice on this.
