Job description:full rewire of domestic, 3 bed semi in south birmingham. occupied house, central heating installation would also take place at similar time, to save on making good/floorboards being pulled up, etc. not 100% sure full rewire is needed, not sure if lights are earthed, shower area/bathroom seems to be. TRS cabling is present, however and a cast iron fusebox, no meter.
