Job description:Am considering renting out a house I cant sell but not sure if it would need work doing as its an old property. Am looking for quote for work that may be needed to bring it up to rental condition. Its a 4 bed terraced house, 100 yrs old. If work is needed i would want it ASAP but am totally flexible about when its done and will fit in around other jobs.
