Job description:An extractor fan in bathroom, fitted into wall, needs replacing as it has just packed up. It is connected to a light switch in bathroom. An older extractor in kitchen also needs replacing. This has not worked in the 8 years I have owned property. Dimmer switch in bedroom also needs replacing.
