Job description:we have a brand new lincat silverlink 600 fryer to replace an existing one that has just broken, the existing one has a cable and is an equivelent model, so should be suitable but if not the cable will also need to be supplied. due to nature of company either an early call in the morning or late call tonight is ideal although as it is an urgent job we could for a short time suspend kitchen services.
