Review storage heaters in Elvetham

Job description:We have recently moved into a cottage with only electrical heating via storage heaters in some of the rooms. While they work they look quite old and Im not sure if they function correctly (not really understanding how they function). After talking to the energy company they suggested that I get a Heating Electriction to take a look at and possibly, if needed service them.
