Electricity keeps tripping out, unplugged everything, but it still trips. in Wish

Job description:Electricity keeps tripping out. Basically, the plug sockets in my lounge, hall way and bedroom dont work when the elec. trips, but the ones in the kitchen do. When i unplug all the sockets that dont work and turn the electricity back on, it waits for about 30 sec's and then trips again...
