Partial/Full Rewire of 3 bed house in Lindley

Job description:Having purchased a house in Hudderfield in which the electrics have not been touched since 1963 we'd like to rewire all or part of the house (at least the downstairs initially.) The amount of re-wire work is dependent purely on cost. Work I believe will be required if a partial rewire: - Replace fuse box - Replace wiring in 3 downstairs rooms (inc Kitchen) + Hall - Run a new spur to Garage - Run a new spur for power shower upstairs Additional work for full rewire: - rewire landing and 3 bedrooms + bathroom - addition of timer for immersion heater Would be looking for a fully itemised quote so we can improve as much wiring as possible.

Budget:£2,000 - £4,000
