Job description:It is a 3 bedroom dormer semi-detached bungalow BUILT IN 1955 .Full rewire is not necessary but to update/change consumer unit-change facias on exsisting sockets and lights and add a further 10 double sockets approx around the house.Also 3 additional ariel sockets for the bedrooms and an outside light at the front. wooden floorboards and good access under the house
