New house light fittings and plug suckets are loose, light in bathroom keeps flashing when off in Rushmere

Job description:Lights do not seem to work correctly as stated bathroom light contines to flash when off, plug sockets upstairs are coming away from the wall, lounge light at top coming away. Would like a light switch moved from behind a door to other side. Landing light does not come on straight away takes a few seconds and flashes first.
