Job description:Upgrade current lighting and electrics - quote to be detailed for labour and materials separately as client may supply materials: 1. Bathroom 1 extractor fan (same position as current) 1 shaver/electric toothbrush socket 2 shower spots over bath 1 ordinary or shower spot over toilet (please advise) 1 ordinary or shower spot over basin (please advise) 1 light strip over mirror 1 light switch outside bathroom 2. Landing on Top Floor 2 spots on landing 1 in cupboard (switch inside) 3. Main Bedroom 4 spots in main bedroom with dimmer switches Replace all double sockets with stainless steel 4. 2nd Bedroom Remove socket from wardrobe and replace on wall behind door (mirror to be removed) 3 spots in small bedroom with dimmer switches - alternatively 1 light fitting with 3 spots (please advise) 5. 1st Floor 3 spots in kitchen with dimmer switch light over bar with dimmer 6 spots in living room 1 spot in lower stairwell 2 spots in top stairwell 1 extra double socket behind TV Keep lighting for balcony as is but perhaps move switch (advise) Replace all existing sockets and switches with stainless steel 6. Ground Floor 4 spots in back room with dimmer replace all existing sockets with stainless steel doubles if not already double 3 spots in shower room 1 extractor fan (12 v) in same position Light over mirror Electric shower Switch outside 3 spots in hallway with dimmer and possibly under stairwell ( if opened up) replace all sockets in stainless 7.
