To assess confusing light switch system on ground floor and look at flickering spotlights in Alwoodley

Job description:Hallway/landing - spotlights flicker, 3 out of 4 do not seem to work. Bathroom - 2 out of 4 spotlights do not work - sensitive to any movement of transformer in loft. Bedroom - buzzing dimmer switch needs looking at. Kitchen - strange on/off system with two sets of switches, some switches don't do anything. Dining room - lights to be made into dimmer.
