Install security lighting, replace customer unit in Chapel Allerton

Job description:I have two security lights fitted to my house front and rear, but they are both so high up that I cannot get to them to replace the bulbs (I'm not too safe going up ladders!). I'd like them both repositioning much lower down. A third one to illuminate the side door is also needed. Secondly my consumer unit needs replacing. Stupid burglars thought that attempting to smash it would stop the alarm.
