Small job - changing florescent bulb in bathroom in Chapel Allerton

Job description:Hi, I have a florescent bulb in the upstairs bathroom that has burned out and I'm not sure how to take the round fitting down to change it, nor do I know what sort of bulb it needs. Would rather pay for someone to come out and do this for me. Thanks.
