Job description:This is a 4 bedroom mid terrace house, with lounge, kitchen and bathroom. There are an additional 2 rooms in the basement. The house needs to be earthed and re-wired. Please base your price on an average of 2 double socket points with switches, one light switch and one light per room. An electrician has looked round but could not test the circuits as the house is not properly earthed. Please would you let me know when you would be able to start work and how long you think it may take to complete. Please contact me on my mobile to arrange to have a look round.
