Job description:I have two light fittings which need to be installed in ceilings. (I received an unexplained shock while attempting to install one, hence the desire to have an expert do this apparently simple piece of work.) In addition, I'd like to discuss the replacement of an external light fitting, but this is an optional part of the job.
