Job description:I am in the process of buying a 3-bedroom semi-detached house in North East Leeds, and would like to arrange for testing of the electrical installation before purchasing the house, as advised by the surveyor. The last routine testing was in 1999. The surveyor has stated that there is some old metal conduit in the loft space and recommended that this be tested to ensure it has been properly disconnected.
