Rerouting and rewiring downstairs ring main plug circuit in a house. in Aylestone

Job description:I am currently installing internal wall insulation in the downstairs rooms of my house and thought I would take the opportunity to have the downstairs plugs rewired. I will probably want to rent the property out at some point in the future so I need to make sure the wiring meets current building regulations and is certified correctly. At the moment I don't thing the way the circuit is routed would meet the current building regs so this it will probably need rerouting rather than simply rewiring. The wiring is fairly accessible at the moment though, due to the insulation work I am doing. Ideally I would like someone to visit the property to see what needs doing and give me a quote for the work. I might also need advice on whether the upstairs plugs need rewiring/rerouting too, which are on a separate ring main.
