Possible rewire in Fosse

Job description:We have been advised that we have asbestos insulation on some of our lighting wiring which needs urgently replacing. One of the lights that is wired in such a fashion is not working and we would like this sorting. We need an extractor fan wiring up in our bathroom. We would also like an opinion on whether we need a more extensive re wire as the existing system does not have any earth wires in the lighting circuits.
