Job description:Complete re-wire of a lived in 2 story 3 bedroom house including: New Consumer unit Boiler supply Smoke alarms Living room: install 2 extra double sockets (4 total) dining room light to be controlled from living room switch Phone point Dining Room: install 1 extra double socket (2 total) one pendent light kitchen: install extractor Electric oven circuit move light switch add additional light switch (2-way) install 2 extra double socket switches (5 total) remove fluorescent tube light light replace with pendant light Downstairs hall way: install one double socket (1 total) pendent light lights for upstairs hall and downstairs hall to be 2 way controlled upstairs Hall hallway: replace single socket with pendent light single electrical socket (1 total) bathroom: install extractor to work independently of light switch, remove old electrical shower Bedrooms 1 2 install 1 extra double socket (so 3 sockets in each room) one pendent light in each room TV point in bedroom 1 Bedroom 3: 1 socket and pendent light in room Loft: replace existing light fitting Outside replace 1 Outside light, ensure the additional light is connected up 17th Ed part P All walls to be patched up from chasing All rubbish removed from site Optional extra: Power to garage
