Flickering/failing ceiling light fix, removal of pull cord switch, external lockable socket fi in Winstanley

Job description:Bedroom: flickering/failing ceiling light. When turns on flickers for a bit then fails. Also when running the vacuum, that light dims (but it's on a different circuit and all tested when new fuse box (?) fitted in 2007...). Removal of pull cord switch in upstairs office (ceiling due to be plastered and loft insulated) - only need the wall switch. External power socket (waterproof and lockable) to be fitted. Wiring to outside light to be checked and fixed - kitchen fitter recently commented it may not be safe. To be completed before 20th September.
