Broken Shower in Clubmoor

Job description:Our shower (Redrig Expressions 570) is not working. Over couple of days felt like it was gradually losing power and we could hear a low buzzing noise although shower was still working at this point, After a couple of days of this we turned the shower on one morning and shower did not work or make any further noises. Is this common, can it be repaired or do we have to replace it? Would also appreciate a quote for installation for a new shower. Thanks
