Electric shower not working in Ashton

Job description:My electric shower (Triton Topaz T80i) has stopped working. There is power going to it, the lights are illuminated as normal on the unit, but water is not flowing, and there are no noises. I have read it could be the solenoid valve, but I am no expert!
