Job description:We have a small flat in Chorlton, with electric underfloor heating split into four quadrants. Two of the sections are fine but two haven't worked since we moved in. We'd like a quote for someone to diagnose and fix the problem if possible. We believe the actual heating elements are submerged in the concrete, but the thermostats are the original ones from the 60s.
