Fitting an extractor fan in a bathroom. in Stretford

Job description:Extractor fan wired to the light switch to avoid condensation and mould in a bathroom. Fan carries on for a number of minutes after the light is switched off and can be turned on without the light. The house is standard semi. The bathroom has 2 exterior walls. The ventilation pips can go directly above, through the loft and the vent can be fitted to the soffit. No obvious difficulties.
