Job description:There is an electrical (earth) fault at this house and the wiring does not comply with regulations. The electricity board (NEDL) and EDF Energy require a safety / compliance certificate to be issued to connect the power again. The house is a mid-terrace: 2 reception rooms, ground floor kitchen and bathroom, corridor, 3 upstairs bedrooms, 1 attick room. No outdoor power connections or lights. Please provide an estimate for a FULL re-wire and certification
