Shower to fix and electrics to inspect in Byker

Job description:My Shower tripped all the sockets in my house last night, on inspecting the switch i found the live had melted though to the earth wire, after applying electrical tape i managed to get the sockets working but the shower is broken and I dont think it should be wired into the socket loop anyway, just wanting someone to fix the shower and check to see if the electrics are in good order
