Job description:Smoke alarms 2x 1heat alarm Cable core Carbon monoxide alarm 1 cable core earth Consumer unit fuse board to 17with fuse ie breakers Replacement of all sockets & switches ( switches sockets fused spurs cooker switch cooker outlet & washing machine & dishwasher switch Main earth bond to gas ; cross bonding of boiler; Testing quick to see if all remedial work included in total price to finally give clean bill of health for safety electrical certificate for rental purposes : Testing and inspection of electrical system & certificate (security Alarm system) please give us assurance that Initial test has identified all remedial work inclusive of the quote then get the work done ASAP . We only want a legally qualified person and one who will give us a certificate after putting all work right for rental & 10 yrs on our electrical. Need work carried out today and tomorrow at latest or Thursday. (security alarm is not essential but quotes welcome separately. Will have to work so that gas man can sign his work off and give clean bill of health as bonding need to be done before he certifies the gas)
