Job description:In process of buying house. Property has electric shower with a switch inside the room. I've been told this isn't to regulations and should be a pull cord or outside the bathroom. Would also like a quote for installing a heated towel rail and extractor fan in bathroom. Also would like opinion on the fusebox. Many thanks
