Fit and connect UFH mats and lay new flooring in Chagford

Job description:A qualified "Part P" electrician and flooring specialist(s) required for fitting and wiring of underfloor heating and including laying of insulation and new flooring for 3 rooms. Customer to provide all product and materials. Room and product details as follows: Living room, lay 2 heating mats (2@ 2mx1m) under 3m x 3.5m new underlay and rug. Base floor is oak parquet block, and is level. Kitchen, lay 2 heating mats (1@ 0.5mx4.5m & 1@ 0.5mx1.2m) under new engineered board (7m2). Base floor is lino on concrete, and is dry and level. Bathroom, lay 1 heating mat (1mx1m) under Karndean vinyl plank. Base floor is floorboard and is NOT level, so floor requires levelling: remove existing boards and pack and fit new 18mm plywood, drilled and fixed to sub-base, (which will leave approx. 1 inch step in doorway). Also to include: removal and replumbing and securing of wc and cistern to floor and wall; laying of latex smoothing compound; all edging.
