Job description:Small terraced house being done up for renting out. Electrical testing report has been done.....they recommended; lighting fixing/replaced, main earth bonds to water and gas upgrading to 10mm, main earth upgrading to 16mm, earth cable marking with correct colours, distribution board does not comply with current 17th edition wiring regulartion. Possibly wiring of a cooker and possible fitting of an extractor fan in the bathroom.
