Job description:The brass plated single electrical switch controlling my landing light has broken. My landing light can also be switched on and off via the triple switch located in my hall and this continues to work as normal. On checking the wiring of my broken landing light switch, I note there is a spare unconnected wire, which I believe if connected to a double switch would enable me to operate both the hall and landing lights from the landing. The job for which I require a quote, is to check the wiring of my landing switch and then supply and fit a compatable brass plated replacement. Assuming the current wiring will support it, then ideally I would want a double switch which will enable me to control both lights from the landing.
