Job description:minor upgrade works for first floor flat (block built in 1989) 1. install 4 down lighters in lounge to replace pendant light 2. additional sockets throughout flat - total of 5 x double sockets, 2 x single sockets, 2 x appliance switch points throughout flat. 3. At a later date PAT testing and landlords elec. cert. I can supply an existing floor plan indicating existing electrics and locations of new lights etc. Sockets & lights to be supplied by me. Please reply with itemised quotes only. thanks
