Job description:We have recently bought our house (3-bed semi) and need remedial electrical work. We have had a full electrical survey and the recommended work is as follows: Replacement of fusebox, to include new earth and RCD. Two wall lights which are wired to the electrical main to be removed and the light switch to be returned to a plug-socket. Downstairs ceiling light fitting to be replaced. External light circuit was not earthed and has been disconnected. We require repair/replacement of up to three external lights. The upstairs lighting circuit needs repair. We may also require a few extra plug sockets to be fitted, this depends on cost and budget.
