Extractor fan in Shaw

Job description:desperately need an extractor fan fitting into our bathroom. Been let down by 2 people so far(not off here) and the problem is just getting worse. I am sick of cleaning the mould of the walls and ceiling due to the poor ventilation and opening the window gets the rest of the hosue so cold. Possible that it would be best to be linked up with light switch but will obviously go with tradesmans advice. This is urgent and needs doing asap please.
