Job description:I have recently bought a property and have had a NICEIC Electrical test carried out. The report states that the installation is wired in PVC with plastic accessories and if the points mentioned below are rectified it will comply with. 1There is no RCD protection 2 The Earthing arrangements are inadequate 3 Alarm circuit wired in flex and has no isolation spur 4 Lighting circuits are bunched 5 Switch wire ID not present 6 Socket outlet on landing has fixing screw missing 7 There is no circuit chart information 8 There are no warning labels in place 9 Extension lead ran under floor covering to feed fridge and freezer 10 PFC reading is greater than the capacity of the protection device I need a quote to find out how much it will cost to get the above tasks done and also I require a certificate of guarantee to show to my mortgage lender – please will you confirm if this will be issued once the work is completed.
