Attaching a heavy tiffany lampshade to the ceiling in Cowley Marsh

Job description:As it's heavy it needs to be fixed permanently to the cable the problem is that the weight tends to pull on the wiring. In another house I used a chain to take the weight, so the best thing would probably be to do the same again, and I still have the chain and the hook to hang it from. Assembling and attaching the shade holder is a fiddly job but I have the fitting instructions. Ideally you'll have done a similar one before!
