Job description:1. Replace most wiring in a 5 bedroom house (bathroom & kitchen areas have had recent atttention) 2. Replace all old single power sockets with modern double sockets (approx 6-8). Fit 4 additional double sockets in front reception room. 3. Fit owner's ceiling light and fan unit (needs two pole switch according to manufacturer's notes). 4. Replace 5 existing MR16 downlights and transformers in breakfast room with owner's replacement units; fit 4 additional units. 5. Advise on feasibility of powering MR16 units above via a dimmer switch; fit appropriate switch if feasible.
