Job description:We have a property in Peterborough PE1 3JT with a North facing upstairs bathroom, to reduce condensation and black mould we need a timer controlled or pull cord extractor fan fitted in the outside wall (or ceiling if easier). There is no current extraction or power in the bathroom other than the ceiling light so guess would have to be wired to the lighting circuit if allowable. Wall is standard brick block construction and tiled on the inside.
