Bathroom light and power fittings in Battle

Job description:Room Size: 2.8m x 2.5m (7cubic m) Require - as suggested four spot lights or recommended lighting (environmentally friendly as possible). If spotties can we have a cost for directional ones as an option if feasible? - shaver point - plug point for hairdryer - blank power point for, if required, connection to lighted or heated mirror - ceiling cord pull light switch - allowance for possibly needing to replace electricity point for boiler in same room (just thought once you see the current set up that you may advise rewiring to this given the age of the property??)
