Three new 32 amp ring mains with 23 twin sockets, 2 shaving points and power to washing machine, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge/ freezer and sani flow system 3. Three new 6 amp lighting circuits with 23 recessed down lights (12 kitchen, 11 bathroom), 9 pendant lights, 2 strip lights, 6 outside lights including a 500w PIR floodlight 4. A new 32 amp cooker circuit 5. A new 32 amp armoured sub main to the garage (on an over head cable) including power for garage doors, 3 twin sockets, reconnection of existing power to gates and 2 outside lights including a PIR light 6. A new 16 amp immersion heater circuit 7. To add a mains operated smoke alarm system with 2 alarms - grade D, category LD3 8. 3 new BT phone points 9. 3 terrestrial TV points 10. Testing of work and provide certificate in accordance with BS7671:2008 and provide details to building control (part B building regs) 11.
