Hard-wiring a small UPS for a server room. in Redlands

Job description:I am building a server room in a 1980s office building in Reading. The UPS I have ordered is required to be hard wired in. The third floor distribution board is approx 10-20m from the server room. The power cable will need to be run through the dropped ceiling.
