Repair/replace carpark light and advise on postioning and check connections in Spencers Wood

Job description:Small office carpark (30 cars) with broken flood light, ladder would be required. How difficult/expensive would it be to reposition the light approx few metres from original site. (at a height) The main fuse for these lights and driveway lights kept tripping out last Winter - hasn't happened this Winter, but a check in case it happens again.
