Job description:1. Approx 15 halogen lights not working, even when new bulbs fitted ? transformers need replacing? 2. 4 wall lights to be removed and made safe 3. 3 wires sticking out of walls (last owners left them there!) to be checked and made safe NB, I have had to pick a budget option below; I don't know if this will require more than one day's work.
